Whether you are a first time parent or have had several children this is a very exciting time for you. You are about to embark on an adventure that is played out day by day and you never know where it will lead you.

My desire for you is to start your journey in a positive manner.  I want to help parents feel their voices are heard, opinions respected and for you to understand all the choices laid out for you.  I am present as much or as little as you desire, and keep dad as involved as he wishes to be in assisting the laboring mother.

The birth experience is an unforgettable moment and one that impacts a woman the rest of her life.  I believe having a Doula is investing towards making sure those memories are fulfilling and satisfying in retrospect.
